David Grundy, CEO & Chairman
David, CEO & Chairman, and co-founder of Invenias, brings an abundance of sales and operational management experience gained from over 20 years working in senior positions within the software industry. After many years of outstanding success working in senior sales management roles and as a Director for Oracle, David went on to setup and run European operations for eCal and StorageNetworks, before establishing a leading search practice in the enterprise technology sector, and then co-founding Invenias.
Richard Harrison, COO & Product Director
Richard, COO & Product Director, and founder of Invenias, brings a wealth of professional recruitment and software expertise gained from over 15 years working in senior sales and operational management roles, for leading search and recruitment businesses in the technology sector. Richard’s experience encompasses the full spectrum of search and recruitment, from specialist contingency recruitment through to executive search and corporate recruitment. After successfully managing the technology division of one of the UK’s leading privately owned recruitment groups, Richard went on to run an independent technology search practice before establishing a management consulting practice for search and recruitment businesses, and then co-founding Invenias.
Mini De Silva, CFO
Mini, an MBA and Chartered Management Accountant, specialising in the technology sector, brings more than 18 years experience of working for leading technology companies, including the senior positions of Regional Financial Controller for Computer Associates & International Financial Controller for StorageNetworks.
Drew Mitchell, SVP Worldwide Sales & Marketing
Drew Mitchell is senior IT executive with proven experience in leading growth, transformation, development and change, in multi-national technology corporations. Drew has worked in Australia, Asia, UK , USA and the Middle East in sales management roles with Oracle, NCR and StorageTek. Drew’s past assignments have included senior vice president, managing director and regional VP roles, spanning revenues of $75 million, budgets of $30 million and management of up to 150 people.
As a key member of the Invenias executive team, Drew brings the experience of having forged major winning outcomes for start-up technology companies in Asia Pacific and the Middle East, including two NASDAQ listed software companies. He has built successful multi-cultural, global sales teams and overseen the planning and implementation of world's best practice sales operations and CRM solutions for several companies. Drew joins Invenias with responsibility for our sales and marketing strategy, building an international, highly effective sales team, business development and profit management.
